I thought it was an impassioned plea to set the erstwhile Mr Malcolm alight - as if the poor man doesn't have enough problems ;)
On a more serious note, one wonders how the need to find cash for other projects may affect the grant. They're talking about canning a sports stadium because of the royalties for regions commitment and the arts has always rated well behind sports in terms of public funding. I'm not sure the current government has any responsibility to follow through on the commitments of the previous government - is it a done deal anymore?
