Where is Omnibus?

There was a bit of a stir about this company a couple of years back:

They did a number of large cast shows at bigger venues around town, including the Regal.

At the time I criticised the producing partnership for not incorporating. To my understanding, a number of partners ran the company, but the volunteers who contributed by far the vast bulk of the time and effort had no say in running the company.

There were plenty of assurances from cast and crew members involved that everything was above board; that profits from the production would, they'd been assured, be put back into future productions. But, as it appeared at the time, none of these people had ever seen the accounts or were ever likely to.

Two years later after a final season that appeared to pack the Regal with tickets selling between $35-$50, where is Omnibus?

I'm not 100% sure about this, so don't crucify me if I'm wrong, but when my wife was auditioning for Les Mis recently I overheard the producer (pat Barton I think?) talking about "when we did Oliver" and "when we did Singing in the rain', both Omnibus shows. I understand that some of the Omnibus partners now are working together in Music Spectrum.

Not too sure from there.
