Another script request
Tue, 1 May 2001, 12:28 pmDoes anyone out there have the following script? A name would even be helpful. It is really a skit which is virtually a mime. I think Karratha did at the Dramafest about 3 years ago. The synopsis is where a lady and her absent guests are served a meal by the butler who becomes increasingly intoxicated.

The play you are thinking of is "Dinner For One", I don't know who wrote it, but it is televised annually on SBS on New year's Eve...
Marloo did it a few years ago as well, so you may want to try and get hold of David Burton, he may still have a copy of the script.

The play you are looking for is "The Birthday Party" by H. Westwood & J .Williams.
Carnarvon Theatre brought it to the Drama Festival in 1998 and won the Adjudicator's Trophy.
