40+ Female Actor Needed!!!
Wed, 9 Feb 2005, 01:14 pmFor all you lovely 40+ female actors....... a prime opportunity for a lady in her prime to participate in the currently rehearsing GRADS production of Shakespeares' The Winter's Tale.
Due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, the role of First Lady/Emelia has become available. While the role is not a huge one, it would be an ideal chance to try your hand at Shakespeare for the first time, or second, third....while enjoying the prestigious direction of John Milson and the company of ALL five of the acting award winners of the recent Finley awards!! (Stephen Lee, Shirley Welch, Rayann Condy, Stephen Whiley & Scott Sheridan).
The season is March 9-19 Wednesdays through Saturdays each week. Dress rehearsals are scheduled for March 6,7 & 8. The rehearsal schedule will become more demanding over the next few weeks leading to production week and performance so please consider your availability carefully.
Please either email me or ring John Milson on 9381 5432 to express your interest and find out more about the role.
