Voice over artists required
Thu, 21 Aug 2003, 01:37 pmNine Lanterns are looking for a selection of voice talent for a language based multimedia project. Recording early to mid September. We're after a bunch of slightly 'foreign accented' voice artists. The following is a guide to the sex, age and country of origin of the characters used:

F 25 Hong Kong
F 19 Sri Lanka
M 20 Indonesia
M 21 Australia
M 28 Africa
M 18 Samoa
M 19 Germany
F 22 Vietnam
F 30 Malaysia
F 23 Brazil
M 40 Australia
F 32 English
M 28 Macedonian
F 27 American
Note we are not really looking for voice talent capable of putting on these accents - we are after people who were possibly born overseas or have spent large amounts of time there etc. However, if you are good enough to convince us via your faux accent and it doesn't sound like an episode of D-Generation, you've probably got a guernsey.
Nine Lanterns is based in Melbourne and ideally you will be based in Melbourne, however it is not essential.
