Character Breakdown
Big Daddy: Tall, 65 year old man, with a fierce anxious look, dying of cancer.
Big Mama: Short, stout, tense, 63 year old woman.
Brick: Slim, handsome, athletic man in his late 20Â’s, a heavy drinker.
Second and favourite son of Big Daddy and Big Mama.
Margaret: Pretty, anxious young woman in her late 20Â’s. Married to Brick.
Gooper: Big Daddy and Big MamaÂ’s first born son.
Mae: Wife of Gooper, mother of five, pregnant with the sixth.
Reverend Tooker:
Doctor Baugh:
“No-neck” Children: Dixie, Buster, Sonny, Trixie, Polly
Negroes: Lacey, Sookey, Brightie and Small and (doubling possible, or voices off stage)
Auditions
Date: August 24 (9.30am-6.00pm) & August 25 (2.00pm-6.00pm)

Season: November 9 – 23.
Accents are required for performances. All participants must become members of Epicentre Theatre for an annual fee of $30 which includes two complimentary tickets to the show.
