The Regional Institute of Performing Arts has built a reputation as an innovative and contemporary centre for performing arts training.  Our teachers are creative and passionate about their industry.
 
Our training focuses on imparting knowledge and techniques that generate employment. Teachers develop and refine the students’ natural talents to become highly skilled creative and business-minded practitioners.  Most importantly, the training is dedicated to the development of the talent and creativity of the students.
 
Innovation, experimentation and critical thinking are at the core of our courses. 
Emphasis is placed on:

• the extensive training of the physical body, voice, presence and energy of the performer, and
  
• the development of the students' own independent arts practice.
