Make up artist looking for advice

I'm a make up artist in need of help and tips. I've just moved home to australia from Ireland and am in search of work. I've loads of experience in theatre and film and have more recently done a lot of photoshoot work with both models and actors. Has anybody got advice on theatre companies to approach and get to know? Any Job search websites or forums for creative industries I should get myself on?? I had a lot of contacts when I lived in ireland but now seem to be starting from scratch here, any advice is much appreciated :-) Cheers!
