Reviewers for well established FringeTheatre reviews website required.
Mon, 10 Jan 2011, 08:34 pmVolunteer theatre reviewers required! Reviewers are needed to cover shows during the Adelaide Fringe Festival!
All theatre reviewers on this website generally also work in the arts in some capacity, however it is not an absolute prerequisite. This will be the first time we cover the Adelaide Fringe and so we are more importantly looking for a reliable, consistent writers who are passionate about theatre!
This website is fast becoming a recognisable and important player in the fringe theatre scene in London and is one of the leading online publications during the Edinburgh and Brighton Fringe Festivals. We have a working team in Amsterdam who cover the Amsterdam Fringe Festival and are in the process of setting up teams in New York and LA.
The review team are working writers, journalists, directors, dramaturgs and actors. The reviewers are often active in the field of theatre and seek to review shows representing innovation, challenge, competence and creativity in the field.
We are looking for people who want an opportunity to have their reviews published in a professional online publication and we want to use Adelaide as our launch pad in Australia and we hope to cover as much of the Adelaide Fringe as possible.
In return for reviewing you will receive complimentary tickets to shows and have the opportunity to have your reviews published. If this sounds like you send through a CV and sample review to skye@fringereview.co.uk.
Should you wish to read more about FringeReview please go to our website www.fringereview.com and if you do join the team more information will be provided to you about our policies and review templates etc... We have now put up the beginning of our coverage of the Adelaide Fringe which you can access from the home page of www.fringereview.com.
