We need your one act play scripts!

Attention Playwrights! We need your one act play scripts! We are a small, highly motivated theatre troupe who are looking for a standout script to wow audiences on the South East Queensland One Act Play Theatre Festival Circuit in 2011. The circuit encompasses 9 festivals and spans from the Sunshine Coast, out to Ipswich & Dalby and everywhere in between. Each is hosted by different theatre groups and is judged by professional adjudicators with many prizes for script writing, production & acting. In the last two years we have achieved many top 3 placings, together with a swag of individual acting awards. Our playwrights have also achieved positive exposure to publishers, together with exposure to theatre groups who have picked up the script for their next year's season. Royalties for each performance will be paid to the chosen script. We typically take on scripts that require 2 women &/or 1 man. The female roles can be from 15 - 40, and the male role is typically 50+. We love tackling any genre.
