Stage Combat - One Night Only!!

On Wednesday the 25th of March, the Stirling Players and their youth group (SPY) will be hosting an evening of stage combat training conducted by special guest artist Andy Fraser. Andy is a fully certified Fight Director and Stage Combat Instructor holding accreditation from both the Society of Australian Fight Directors and the British Academy of Dramatic Combat. Since immigrating to Perth in 2001, Andy has worked for a variety of companies including Black Swan Theatre Company, Perth Theatre Company, Deckchair Theatre, Happy Dagger Theatre, West Australian Opera, Barking Gecko and has served as the Fight Director for Shakespeare in the Park for the past six years. Film and television credits include Lockie Leonard, Human Torpedo; The Shark Net and Teesh & Trude. Additionally, Andy teaches at several institutions including W.A.A.P.A., Total Theatre Training and the Australian Opera Studio. Due to the special nature of this evening, non-members of SPY are also invited to attend.
