Actors wanted for short 10 -12 min film in Perth WA

Hello

We are currently looking for actors (preferably for no charge, as this is a university assignment) to act in a short film based in Perth, WA. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and get exposure for the Perth scene. The production group is a 3rd year university class, so production standards will be high.

Synopsis

PARKER is cursed by the ability of seeing the future. After dreaming of his own death he must decide to flee or face the fate he has predicted for himself.

Characters

PARKER: (24) Has had a rough life. After being indoctrinated into the military, escaped with XUE after the military used his 'special ability' for their own purposes. Fell in league with antigovernment extremists, but has never been comfortable. Leading character.

MARY: An Underground sub-leader. She chooses to be tough when she wants and holds an aura of authority. Easily recognisable due to the fact she's constantly sucking on a lollypop. Is PARKER's lover.

ELENA: (23) PARKER's sister. Was indoctrinated at the same time as PARKER. She has never understood her brother - seeing him always as an outcast. Betrayed by PARKER's defection, she's hated him for the pain he's caused her.

XUE: (25) Chinese. Has known PARKER the longest, having grown up together. Their friendship has drifted apart after they joined the 'Underground,' because they were assigned different areas of operation.

JOHN: (18) Looks younger than his age. As an Underground member, he is used primarily as a recon scout because he looks too young to be a 'threat'.

HEATHER: An Underground member.

GANGLAD: (x2) Street thugs.

SHOPKEEPER: An old chinese man.
