A young girl is having trouble connecting with her new stepfather, as it strains her extremely close relationship with her mother. Things change when Carolyn becomes ill and Melanie is forced to accept change.

We are looking for a male actor to play JOHN, a rugged, laidback, 'aussie' bloke, anywhere in the age range from mid 20's to late thirties.

A female, aged mid 20's to late thirties to play Carolyn, the mother.

A young girl to play Melanie, between 6 - 9 years old.

The script has very little dialogue as it is told mainly through a series of voice overs, and instead relies on visual images, based largely on emotion. It is only a 4 minute script, produced entirely by students.

Actors must be available on from the 27-29th of May for filming.

Auditions will be held on Friday, 20th May at Curtin University, any enquiries please call Wendy on 0419 659 702 or Vicki on 0403 958 286, or email: wens03@hotmail.com

Thanks!
