Hi folks. got a production in the works

‘The Bond’

Short film horror/black comedy from Murdoch University. aprox 15minutes

Synopsis: A rent inspection looming, Rachael is cleaning her house by herself. Her housemate Jeremy hasnÂ’t shown up. The place is in a state. SheÂ’s not going to make it.
As if that wasnÂ’t enough she discovers a hole under the bathroom sink. A large hole that apparently sucks things up via some unknown force. Has she gone mad?

Characters:

Rachael: University student in her early 20s. She likes to think of herself as conscientious, responsible and independent, despite the odd lapse. She certainly doesnÂ’t think she deserves a day like today. Fortunately sheÂ’s far more rugged than she knows, thanks mostly to sheer determination.
Ideally looking for average to above average height, slim build and dark hair past shoulder length. This is quite a physical role as well.

Jeremy: computer professional in his early 20s. A laconic sort of bloke, particularly when heÂ’s had a few. HeÂ’s got enough to worry about without dealing with RachaelÂ’s foibles. And frankly she worries too much anyway.
Ideally; tallish and thin, with a faintly comic air.

The Agent: Professional woman in her forties. Respectful, courteous, efficient. But itÂ’s been a long day and those two and their grotty ways need to learn a thing or two about respect for peopleÂ’s property.

The Assistant: 18-19yr old female. SheÂ’s been doing this since she left high school at fifteen. Out in the real world sheÂ’s learned a lot about what people are really like and knows thereÂ’s only one person you can trust; The Agent.

Policewoman: about 35 yrs. After all these years she knows the job, its inherent powers and responsibilities are not to be taken lightly. But she canÂ’t help wishing for some excitement now and then.

Policeman: about 25yrs. The Policewoman has that kind of scary competence and he knows the Brass is hoping some of it will rub off on him. So heÂ’s going to watch and learn.
Ideally looking for a big bloke, tall and broad but fresh faced.

There's no money in it, but we'll feed who we cast.
Auditions are being held at Murdoch Uni on monday and tuesday, the 7th and 8th of June, from late morning to evening
