The Tempest at SBSHS

Havent posted in a while but i would like to inform everyone that Safety Bay Senior High School will be doing a Rock-Musical version of ShakespeareÂ’s "The Tempest" later on the year, possibly towards August/September. Dr Harlow will be organising the play and the Year 11 and 12 Drama/Drama Studies classes will be going to see the GRADS performance of "The Tempest" at the New Fortune theatre at UWA next week thursday. Will post more details about tickets later on in the year.

Glad to know you are coming to the Tempest. It is an excellent show and well worth the drive from Safety Bay!
On Wednesday night, the students from Helena College and St. Brigid's were there and they loved it. Certainly says something for a show when on such a hot night, students are totally quiet and engrossed in the show! ( now if only they could do that in my classroom!)
To everyone, I urge you not to miss this fantastic production.
