The 3rd Annual 10X10 at the Darlinghurst Theatre.

10X10 is back for it's third season of new Australian ten minute plays. 10x10 is Sydney's original short play festival featuring ten hand-picked plays chosen from over one hundred and twenty submissions Australia wide! Theatre Songe's ensemble of ten actors will premiere these works by the emerging vanguard of Australian writers from all age groups.
Theatre Songe was founded in Houston Texas and brought to Australia in 1999. After two sold-out seasons at the Edge Theatre, Newtown - co-founder, playwright and actor Jeremy Johnson saw 10X10 as an excellent opportunity for Australian writers and actors to collaborate and get new work on the stage. Issues that incite social enquiry and freedom of speech including refugee policy, euthanasia and Buddhism energise this year's plays. There is also a play about mummification!
