‘One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest’
“One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest”
‘One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest’
One flew over the cuckoo’s nest
One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest
‘One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest’
Or do you have a version of your own?

Depends
Technically, as I understand it;
- Programme title: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
- Referenced in an article: "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" (although I have seen it with single quotes, or even underlined.)
- When not making reference to the play, film, book but that a cuckoo's nest was actually flown over: Then one flew over the Cuckoo's nest. ... Or is that cuckoo's nest?
