Considered one of Anton Chekhov’s masterpieces, The Three Sisters is a compelling exploration of the human condition. Few plays explore what it is to be a brother, sister, mother, lover, suitor, friend, master and servant with such a depth of feeling and honesty. With a large ensemble cast you will be drawn into the lives of three young women, their infantile brother and their suitors as they desperately search for love, hope and meaning at a time when Russia stood on the precipice of revolution.
With years of experience teaching Stanislavski’s system of acting with a particular reference to performing the plays of Anton Chekhov, Director Phil Miolin brings this production of The Three Sisters to life in a way that is accessible to audiences of all ages.
