Azure Management good?

Doing a Google Search, I found nothing against them. Usually, if there is any particular issue with an agent, it gets posted on one of many different forums around the country but I could find nothing. However, Azure appears to be a popular name and is used quite a lot around the world, even for a line of Windows Software Products.
Combine the lack of massive online posting, and that the company has a registered business name dating back to 2006, and apparently was previously Storm Management (of whom there is also no negative Google results) would indicate that there is a fair amount of industry experience with very little negative feedback (at least, online).
They also appear on the MEAA Agents list and even though the MEAA(Alliance) say that this is not an indication of worth, the fact that that agencies that DON'T live up to expectations tend to be removed from that list, it is another positive indicator. (Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance - Victorian Agents List)
Still, all that said, I noticed that while they have a Talent Search engine on their site, it isn't currently working. That in itself means nothing of course as they may be having issues with their website at the time I visited. (www.azuremanagement.com.au)
I also found their contact details on various Talent School/Club sites. However I did not find them referenced on any actor profiles (which occasionally happens). The latter element needs to be taken with a LARGE pinch of salt as the search engines such as GOOGLE are NOT 100% Engines. They search through web sites that have Registered to Google, and even then they may miss something.
Based upon the above, I would say that it is very likely that this agency is on the level, and I didn't have to step away from my computer once.
At the end of the day, you have to do your own research. The following link has a wealth of information to help guide you in this.

Dangerous Ground
Unreliable is the main problem. As has been deomstrated countless times on this and other sites, it is very hard to be certain that the type of advice you are seeking is legitmate. You may have disgruntled clients, rival companies/agents, biased supporters, etc and to attempt to pick out the truely unbiased and honest opinions can be like picking cat-fluff from a shag-pile carpet.
Additionally, you may not get a lot of feedback here, nor anywhere else for that matter. What trends I have noticed however, is that if there is any doubt about an agency, then you will find a heap of stuff and often very little for the "better" ones. I quote that because while it is a good indicator, it is not definitive.
To be completely honest, the only thing that is definitive in this is you and your own experience.
