Actors Management in Perth no more?

I hear they are shutting up shop? I also hear that the chaps from there are forming an RMG in Perth and any actors that actors now take on will trigger a cull of one who is already on actors now's books. Is anyone in the know about this or affected by it? Actors Now sent an email out to say the cull has begun so im interested to hear more about it. Tom

Actors Management have culled a heap of actors, so Actors Now will probably be inundated. I am with Actors Now and a bit anxious that i might be nudged out :-(

So am I. though I've done a bit of work for cash recently so hopefully they'll keep on people on the basis of what they've earned the agency. Do you think frog will pick up the slack as well? I hope so otherwise 80 or so actors will lose there place at actors now.

Actors Management of Perth have merged with one of Australia's leading agencies, RGM (Robyn Gardiner Management). The Perth agency now becomes the WA branch of RGM. They were asked to retain 90 of their top artists. This has obviously meant displacement for some. Other Perth agencies may take up the slack, but it may also mean those agencies will need to reassess how many clients they can reasonably represent. Perhaps room for a new agency to emerge?
