TVC Casting
My understanding is that this casting is for a series of IKEA TVC's.
If that is the case, then people attending the casting who are not represented by an agent should be aware that if they are cast, then they should be entitled to Equity minimum rates and conditions for their work.
I am not casting any aspertions on the integrity of the JC Casting Agency who are conducting the casting session. However, performers who are unrepresented and perhaps innexperienced about their rights with regard to wages, conditions, rollover entitlements, options and contracts do need to be mindful about what they are committing to.
The MEAA can offer advice if needed.

And just to cast a little extra security, Jenni Cohen is not a casting agency but a casting consultant. They do no represent actors like an Agency. Additionally, JC is very much aware of all conditions and union policies, but as a self-represented actor, you must ensure you are aware of industry standards personally.
If you are accepting work through a secondary agency, then please consult with them directly as to your rights and conditions. If not satisfied, follow up with the MEAA.
