2 Male Actors & 1 Female WANTED

Looking for 2 Male Actors and 1 Female to take on lead roles in our short film "Cake Face" The film centres around the character of Emerson, a boy who escapes the restrictions of his gender by daydreaming about taking on a more feminine role. The abstract/daydream scenes are interspersed by interviews with his parents who have nominated themselves for “family of the year.” MALE (AGED 16-18) Emerson Reynolds, is the only child in his middle class family. He is 16 years old and along feels the pressure of being the only boy and the ideal child to his parents. He escapes these pressures by going into daydreams where he can explore aspects of his personality which his parents do not approve of. MALE (AGED MID 30s OR EARLY TO LATE 40s) Richard Reynolds is a successful businessman/gym trainer. He runs his own gym “R.R FITNESS.” He hopes that his son will grow up to follow in his footsteps. He has a low tolerance to anyone who offers a differing perspective to him. FEMALE (AGED MID 30s OR EARLY TO LATE 40s) Rose Reynolds is the ideal housewife who also runs a seamstress business from home. She rarely goes outside and firmly believes that an ordered house is the foundation for a successful marriage. She hopes that Emerson will grow up to be exactly like his father.
