hi Everyone I received this today and am happy to pass it on in this forum, especially for all those high school kids who read here and complain about not enough young roles. I am pretty sure it is genuine. I am checking at the moment and will get back to you if I find it isn't but I am pretty sure it is.

Producers want an exciting and NEW cast for a multi-million dollar FEATURE FILM commencing production in Perth at the end of this year.

OPEN AUDITIONS to be held October 25 and 26.

Sydney-based casting director GREG APPS (Romper Stomper, Chopper, Mission Impossible 2) will oversee WORKSHOP AUDITIONS that weekend in the hunt for the main roles for the film WASTED.

 Experience NOT essential.

Lead parts still available.

 Anything is possible.

The events of Wasted take place during the final years of high school, exposing the anxieties and ordeals of adolescents that can push young people to the edge – or over it.

BOYS & GIRLS BE OVER 16 LOOK 17 or 18

If you’ve got what it takes, email: wastedauditions@hotmail.com

DEADLINE FOR EMAIL AUDITION REQUESTS IS WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 23

NO PHONE ENQUIRIES WILL BE ANSWERED.

 RISING YOUNG TALENT

Tempted

I would be tempted to agree except for the fact that many smaller and offical organisations use yahoo, hotmail, gamil and the like for these types of communications, keeping their offical emails for offical internal uses. This saves on having their mail servers flooded by

  • thousands of hopefuls
  • thousands of Trolls
  • thousands of viruses

So while I am tempted to agree with Richard Millar (not verified), I wouldn't put a lot of weight to it.
