Voice Acting? Brisbane?
Fri, 20 June 2008, 07:35 pmHi. I'm 14, living on Brisbane and looking for a place for voice acting stuff. I've always wanted to become a voice actress. I don't want to become an actress, mainly because I'd prefer not to actually show my face.
So...Does anyone know a place for voice acting?

Voice Acting
Hi ^^ In regards to voice acting, most acting/drama schools don't do particular courses for just voices- apart from your general accent courses (a school in Sydney charges $450 for an accent course). Most people simply take an acting course (people like Yuri Lowenthal (Sasuke from Naruto) did theatre- that's how they got into voice acting :) So just your average drama/acting course does get you some experience- unless you're playing a mute, that is.
Hope this helps,
Mara Lee
