good agencies?

Hey im looking for a good agency i been lookin around for a while gone to a couple interveiws with ripleys, tinlids and central talent agency whcih im thinking of going with central talent agency as they focus on acting ability, however im not sure if i should keep looking and try elsewhere? do any of you have any feedback about central talent agency or any other suggestions as to which one i should look into? im 17 so i want one that would look to the agency for 17 year olds which an adult one might not so i don't know! also would rather one that focuses more on roles then extras, i've done extras before would like something better but still willing!
