Online bookings for $25.00 per production

FriendlyBookings.com is an online bookings website designed for community theatres. It's designed for a community theatre's budget, and to be used without disrupting your existing booking system. There is a flat fee of $25.00 per production. There is no booking fee. (The fine print: for normal community theatre use.) FriendlyBookings provides a webpage where your audience can book tickets to your productions. A sample webpage is at "https://friendlybookings.com/public/theatre/SampleTheatreGroup". Each day, a list of new bookings will be emailed to you. (If there are no new bookings, we don't send an email, so you won't be deluged with useless email between productions!) If you currently take bookings by phone, you can copy the bookings from the daily emails into your existing booking system just as if they'd been received by phone. Used like this, you can take bookings online without changing your existing booking system. Also, there are webpages on FriendlyBookings only accessible by your theatre committee. On these pages, you can see per-production and per-performance summaries, update your theatre's details, add new productions, etc. FriendlyBookings can take payments for bookings, though the theatre group must have a PayPal account for this. When a patron pays for a ticket, the website initiates a transfer directly from the patron's credit card to your PayPal account. FriendlyBookings never actually handles the money, and never sees your patron's credit card details. FriendlyBookings is designed to fill a gap for community theatres - affordable online bookings. I'm just building up a customer base, so for 2008 I'm happy to make it very affordable - you can use FriendlyBookings for this year's productions for free.
