Actors Wanted for Brisbane Independent Feature Film Shooting Feb - May

Hello all, Travis Bain, the writer/director of the 2005 feature film "Scratched" (digiSPAA 2005 finalist) is now making his second feature film, "Throwback." "Throwback" is a horror film running about 90 minutes and will be shot on HD and aimed at the international horror market a la "Wolf Creek." We are looking for actors, preferably with screen experience, for the following roles: * Justin, late 20s, a cocky rich boy, Luke Skywalker-ish. This is one of four major roles so we need someone who can play arrogant but with a happy-go-lucky, flirtatious streak, someone reasonably good-looking with an athletic build. * Siegfried: a European backpacker in his 20s, preferably blond. Must be able to do a realistic German or Swedish accent or similar. * Brunhilde: Siegfried's uninhibted, carefree girlfriend, also preferably blonde and must be able to deliver a realistic European accent. Also please be aware that this role requires a topless scene, so if you are not prepared to do partial nudity, please do not bother applying for this role. * Male, 20s or 30s to play Irish bushranger. Must be pale-skinned and be able to deliver a realistic Irish accent. * Male, 20s or 30s to play another Irish bushranger, this one more stocky and heavy-set than the other bushranger. Again, pale skin and a convincing Irish accent are imperative. * Female, middle-aged (about 50-something), slim build to play a terminal cancer victim. The sllim build is our most important requirement here as we need our character to look gaunt and drawn.
