Advice on Agents

Hi I currently looking at getting an agent in the Brisbane area. Can anyone give my advice on either the really good agencies or the ones to steer clear of?? Im a musical theatre actor mostly, but any kind of theatre I love. I am studying classical soprano vocal technique currently and are taking dance lessons this year? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)
