Female Actor required for voice overs to represent a building company ***Paid Work***

Hi all, I'm producing a set of co-operate videos for a building company and now require a assistance from a "female actor" to do some voice overs. This is commercial (paid) work and I require the actor to have full professional attitude for the service they provide.
