THE BLUE ROOM Position vacant: Associate Producer

 
The Blue Room is looking for a highly organised, dynamic and intelligent individual wanting to build a career in performing arts management or producing.
 
This role requires an individual with a tertiary qualification or commensurate experience in arts administration or similar. You will possess outstanding organisational, financial and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. You will be able to work independently and with initiative, as well as part of a team, and be capable of working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.
 
The Associate Producer will work closely with PACS Executive Director and the Board in identifying business opportunities for long term growth, assist in strategic and financial planning as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
