Authentic looking hand gun?

Melville Theatre's production of Blood Brothers (opening Nov 30th) needs an authentic looking blank firing hand gun or starter's pistol. Ours has become unreliable, and we need it to be reliable! It's kind of crucial to the plot! A search of a few sports shops selling starter's pistols has not helped as they do not look enough like a real handgun. Do any of the Perth, or surrounding theatres have one we could borrow or know of somewhere we could access one? Thanks in anticipation. Vanessa Jensen
