*SPECIAL OFFER* = Empty House
Obviously not going quite as well a planned?
So down from $50 basic tickets & $100 VIP tickets to an average community theatre price of $20. Perhaps we would be better off seeing Robin the Hood @ Kwinana or By Jeeves at Roleystone??? But then they don't have Anthony Callea, Tim Campbell & Nikki Webster performing so what would be the point?
Hoping the remainder of the season is a sell out success and general feedback does not prevent a flury of last minute sales.

Do you guys who just replied think your hell hot shit or something??
You sound like the most self obsessed/stuck up/arrogant shits!
Why don't you go out and invest a huge amount of money in something, get none back (you probably wouldn't anyway because youd be as talentless as a rock and as ugly as fuck) and then go and have a cry and slash!
Get WAY over yourselves!

Well that was an emotional
Well that was an emotional and completely inapropriate little diatribe wasn't it.
Is that all there is? Well if that's all there is my friend, then let's keep dancing.

Great Offer
I took advantage of this offer last night - it was great and very generous! We got to the tickitek outlet early, bought our tickets then had time to go and have a nice dinner and back in plenty of time for the show.
Thanks heaps for making this offer available. For those who are wondering whether to give this show a look-see or not - using this offer is the way to go!

GREAT OFFER
Kyle,
Glad you took advantage of the Great Offer and had such a nice meal. Did you get there in enough time to change into costume and put on make up?

To "Regal" whoever you are
What a mean spirited, catty comment to make!
I think Chris and Simon deserve commendation for building up Yellow Glass theatre over the last few years to the point where they are managing to put on shows of such calibre, and attracting performers of note to be in their shows.
But then, as usual, the person doesnt have enough guts to even identify themselves and has used a pseudonym.
I thought it was a damn fine production, but as usual those that probably wouldnt even get off their arse to even begin to put on a show think they have carte blanche to sit on the sidelines and criticize.
I just love the Australian Tall Poppy syndrome, don't you?
If you can't say things that help,or make constructive informed criticism, dont say anything at all!!!
Sounds like a classic case of sour grapes to me.

Thank you Robert - I
Thank you Robert - I totally agree.
I'd have thought people supposedly with an interest in theatre would be sorry to see any seats unsold, particularly for a company who are bringing so much to WA - and providing so much high-calibre work and experience for so many local artists.
I've seen Rent several times and I loved it. I've seen nothing in the way of constructive criticism here that would give me food for thought. That is probably because so many people commenting haven't even gone to see a production, let alone attempted to mount one.

1 for Regal
Of course there is nothing illegal about putting performers on AWA's and ignoring the industry standard contract at all. Tell them it will look good on the CV and sell tickets at any price you like - the theatre going public won't know, they'll just presume ... moderated it down? ... it was probably the most sensible thing written
