Fair Go

Allan I don't think that's fair. Access 31 is a local Perth TV station and although the occasional "classic" movie/cartoon is shown on it, they really do have some excellent shows to offer. Some of these shows like "Words of Peace", "Wakeup WA", "BBC News", "The Journal", and "Sweet and Sour" are just a few of the shows that come to mind. Now granted I don’t watch Access31 as often as the other commercial stations, but that does not mean it is not a great channel, especially because it is local as well. Rove started out on Access31 and I can tell you if he had not gained his experience through his Perth beginnings he may never have been given the opportunity for Channel 10. I am all for community stations both for TV and radio (especially since I started my radio program) and I can only encourage people to get out there and get involved. So Allen, with all this being said, people do watch Access31, it is a good channel to tune into, and what Keagan is offering is a GREAT opportunity for our local theatres. Well…that’s my opinion anyway ;) Keep Smiling :) David Green DRAGON FILMS www.davidgreenenterprises.com

Additionally

I agree with David. Also, have you ever tried getting a commercial station to advertise your locally produced, community theatre, pro-am, even mostly professional? Unless you have a money pocket deeper than the Great Atlantic Oceanic Trench, then you haven't got a hope in reality. You would be better off picking your nose with a tooth pick. Far less painful.

Besides, there must be enough people out there watching Access 31 or else it would have been taken off the air long ago, don't ya think?

Strange how former sales

Strange how former sales reps from Access 31 have said how hard their job was because people kept saying to them "Why would I advertise? No one watches 31." And when everyone goes digital, no one's going to be able to watch Access anyway
