Looking for archivist or historian of Piccadilly Theatre Sydney.

Can anyone please tell me if there is a theatre archivist or historian of the Piccadilly, Sydney Investigating Cecil Barrington Clark (or Barriington-Cark_ who was manager in NOv 1922. I have a oopy letter from the High Commissioner addressed to him. Does the violinist Carmen Velaska mean anything to anybody? TKS
