Yes that’s right. This Wednesday June 8th at 7:30pm you can see ‘Clark in Sarajevo’ for whatever you can afford. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see 16 rising young Perth performers in an extraordinarily powerful play. Here at WAYTCo we’re going to give you some compelling reasons to see the show at the Subiaco Arts Centre. *It has a professional production team* We employ professionals: the director, stage and costume designers, production manager, lighting designer, sound designer, AV artist (video images and projections) and the venue itself are all working professionals on professional rates. The actors, asm, and entourage are professional in their ability and application, but are doing it for love and the experience. We have taken years to build up the funding support to pay for a professional production team and we’re sure you’re going to appreciate the results our team has created. Director Jenny Davis has done an outstanding job in creating a show that is laced with humour yet moves you to tears and makes you consider the human cost of conflict. *The cast has some amazing rising young stars* We hate to single out individuals among such an incredibly talented bunch, but we have influential producers, budding rock stars, Hollywood hopefuls, independent movie movers and shakers and theatre performers of talent and dedication. This ensemble rocks! *It’s about war* There are guns. People threaten to shoot each other. These characters are in the middle of the most traumatic experience of their lives. This is life.
