"Dreams Really Do Come True...."

These are wise words that were given to me by one of X-Factor's Top 12 contestants Sonja from Guy's Awesome Group "KHARIZMA" about 2 weeks ago while in the same space as Sonja. I was getting ready for a Set Design Meeting! We are so proud and inspired about what the KHARIZMA girls have achieved. Their Success has continued even after the show. When the camera, lights & TV action have all come down, these girls still continue to follow their passions, are continuing their music careers long after X-Factor and have recently been taken on by a professional entertainment agency! We wish them All the Very Best, More Success and More Happiness! With the 'Phoenix Dreams" Show less than a month away, as a business woman, producer and creative artist, the stress, mayhem and madness has already started! Arrggghhh!! My poor cast got to witness this 2 wks ago! Hearing those wise words in the middle of a Storm is Calming and Inspiring to say the least. A timeout from all the madness as anyone who has ever organised a show would know, timeout is rare but Boy when it does happen even for a minute, its great to destress and soak it in! One of my dreams are about to happen and if anyone told me 2 yrs ago that leaving my secure full time job would pan out like this than I would probrably have thrown in the towel earlier! Lol :) But Hey Im Here! Im so glad to have made it this far. To do this with NO external Funding(Yes we r Crazy!!)with just a Faith and a Dream in our hearts! Well, Now we are reaping lots more rewards when seeing the end results like the Hip Hop Dancers are collaborating with the Contemporary Dancers to show one teenage girl's sadness, a Choral of Beautiful Young Female Voices, A Scene with all Pacific Islander Men in it, Older & Young Actors working together creatively to ensure the realism of the situation etc etc All these elements that makes the Journey so rewarding!! The Reward really is in the Journey :) So, I guess whatever you do in your life I say Live out Your Dreams! Its Hard, its tough, it'll make you mad, it'll make you cry, but your soul soars, your heart sings, you become so liberated by the positive energies that surround you to make it Happen!
