The 2003 AGM will be held on Sunday February 16th at 2.30 pm.
Venue: City West Lotteries House, Delhi Street, West Perth.
All financial members are entitled to vote.
Indidual members have one personal vote
Clubs have two votes and may select any two financial members to vote on the club's behalf.
If only one member of a club attends the meeting, then that club can only exercise one vote.
We will need a new President and Secretary this year as both office holders are stepping down after 6 years service!
