You'll smile, you'll cry and you might walk out though not necessarily in that order.
One man attempts to better a bureaucracy, a woman goes beyond the call of duty for the love of her life and another kneads some dough with very little purpose. Then they all attempt to sing a song to link these unrelated events together.
