'Melbourne's finest Youth Theatre Company' ARC Theatre is proud to present Grease - for a Limited Season 8-16th of July - in association with the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre Appeal. Proudly Supported by the East Ivanhoe and Heidelberg Bendigo Bank Branch, Banyule City Council, Viewbank College and Ray White Heidelberg. ‘Grease’ is undoubtedly one of the most well-known and popular musicals ever written. The 1971... stage musical written by Warren Casey and Jim Jacobs enjoyed a run of 3,338 performances in its original production. It went on to become a West End hit, and garnered a further two popular Broadway revivals in 1994 and 2007. However it’s greatest and most well known (and most popular!) incarnation was that of the hugely successful 1978 film version, starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton John. Grease is fun for the whole family and is sure to leave audiences singing along and tapping their feet!
