Peta! The Musical

It's that time of year again! The Murdoch College Drama Company presents it's whole school production in August. What is it? Peta! The Musical is a fun-filled original comedy set in Perth during the late 1960's. With a cast of 34, Peta! is about a young woman desperate to escape her tyrannical mother in the country and pursue her dream of a singing career. She only achieves this through a very complicated system of lies that - like the Titanic - "simply can't go wrong". When faced with exposure by her enemies, she improvises a solution in the form of the most embarrassing engagement party of all time. In the process, she discovers a lot about herself, relationships, honesty and mythical Greek creatures. The show sparkles with 17 famous songs from Motown! When is it?
