East Meets West combines two incredible talents to present music
for an instrument previously not heard in Australia - the Russian 7-string guitar.
Krzysztof Piotrowicz is a pioneer on this instrument, and Mardae Selepak is one of Australia's finest classical guitar talents.
Featuring virtuosic arrangements of Russian gypsy songs and romances, the pair team up to explore the limits of Russian guitar. And then enjoy the contrast , with classical guitar music from Spain and Latin America.
