It's My Party (and I'll die If I want to)

THE WOLLONGONG WORKSOP THEATRE PRESENTS IT'S MY PARTY(AND I'LL DIE IF I WANT TO) Ron Patterson has been given three months to live by his doctor and so he decides to ask his wife Dawn to invite the kids around to the house on the evening of his death, without revealing the actual reason for the family gathering. Almost immediately we are plunged into a night of family squabbles, jelousies and competition where a few home truths are disclosed and episodes lurch between poignant and outrageous! The Wollongong Workshop Theatre is proud to present the Illawarra premiere of this thigh- slapping black comedy, which gives the word "family" a whole new perspective and meaning for it's audiences.
