Caught in the Act Theatre Company presents Lovers and Executioners, a rarely seen black comedy. Directed by Johanna Somerville, assistant director of Noises Off (Graduate Dramatic Society) and Macbeth (Class Act Theatre).

Lovers and Executioners is a unique play written in iambic verse but using modern language. The play centres on a woman who, after being abandoned by her husband on island to die, comes back disguised as a magistrate to seek revenge. Lovers and Executioners is a uniquely modern piece that utilizes the familiar theme of love to betrayal to revenge in distinctive fashion thus creating a production that will entice audiences of all backgrounds.
