Celebrity - you can chase it down, you can stab it, you can drape it still bleeding around your shoulders and become revered like a wise man in your tribe.
Beware though the bloody mantle of fame. Wear it long enough in the sun and soon a stink will develop to follow the fame hunter, until ultimately the whole cloak falls apart with rot and parasitic infestation.
For Randy Flower, on his fifth TV project and the wrong side of his fortieth birthday, the stink is getting obvious. With most fan mail now addressed to his younger, sexier co-hosts, and the network pressuring him to `win back the kids`, Randy knows he must call in every celebrity favour he has to flog the sickly horse of RANDY FLOWER TONIGHT across the live chat/variety line. Failing that, he will make sure this show never comes back under any host...
