“A chilling, satirical evening with an all American Monster”

Meet Archie Nunn, convicted serial killer on death row. His last request is to perform a one-man show about his life and crimesÂ…this is that show.

So, I Killed a Few PeopleÂ… is a one-man horror comedy that examines aspects of society that we generally prefer not to acknowledge. Part confessional self-righteous rant and part final gesture of hostility. An evening with Archie Nunnm, all-American Serial Killer responsible for a series of brutal, apparently random murders is a night at the theatre people will never forget. Set just days away from his execution on the electric chair, Archie taunts his audience with tails of his childhood as a Disney World orphan, television junky and his job as an Advertising Executive. We also get a detailed view into his experience on death row, his forthcoming execution and eventually about the first horrifying murder that made all of the others possible, perhaps even inevitable.

As to the question of why he committed his crimes, he returns over and over again to television. As a child of the sitcom age his only friends, he tells us, were dozens of familiar characters from '60s and '70s TV. So was it the constant bombardment of television that helped to warp his mind or was it an access-all-areas childhood spent surrounded by fantasy and fun fair at Disney World theme park, as Archie would say, “you do the math”?
