The Devil – emotionally confused, vulnerable? Surely not! And yet this is the Devil that we grow to know and even quite like in BCCT's upcoming World Premiere of “Give ‘Em Hell”, a locally written satire set to soft rock music.

Suspend disbelief, discard your conventional views on heaven and hell, and take a walk into this wacky vision of the underworld, where inmates have such a hell of a good time that they canÂ’t think of any place they would rather be. Even the heavenly angels want to come on down and join the party!

A refreshing change from the standard musical fare of Rogers & Hamerstein or Gilbert & Sullivan, no-one who enjoys toe-tapping music, dazzling dancing, a thought-provoking story and appealing characters should miss this Premiere Event. “Give ‘Em Hell” will provide inspiration to music and drama teachers and theatre groups everywhere.

If you’re tired of “Annie”, “Oklahoma” and even “Jesus Christ Superstar”, come and see this show – it’s new, it’s different, and it’s thoroughly entertaining!
