Catch the boat and get on board to explore WAÂ’s rich maritime history !!

The WA Youth Theatre CompanyÂ’s The Endless Shore presents an original theatre production for the international opening of FremantleÂ’s new Maritime Museum.

The WAYTC has formed a strategic collaboration with the Maritime Museum as we work together to create a community project which truly reflects the WA environment and culture linked to the sea, river and port through the eyes of WA youth.

Presenting dance, music and text, the cast will take you on a journey through ocean swells and changing tides. This smorgasbord of sea stories will have you hungry for more crayfish tales and scraping the barnacles from your memory. Follow the tall masts as they are guided by the stars to our Endless Shores. Meet ghosts from our maritime history and hear some fishermenÂ’s tackle box stories.

The Endless Shore will be performed at the Victoria Hall, Fremantle in September, integrated into the Oz Concert in 2003 and toured to India in September 2003.
