Logging In
If you are not already logged in, a login box appears near the top left of the screen
Once you are logged, in the login box will disappear and your login name will appear in the title bar of the personal navigation block to the left of the screen.
If you attempt to login and the login box does not disappear but your login name appears in the Who Is Online box as an online user, you may have a corrupted "cookie".
If you are using Internet Explorer:
- Go to the Tools menu in your web browser and select Internet Options
- In the Internet Options window, click on the Delete Cookies button
- Click Ok and then Ok again to return to the browser.
- Close all web browser windows and then open Internet Explorer again
- You should now be able to login
If you are using another web browser, you need to
- delete any cookies for theatre.asn.au
- close all browser windows, restart your web browser
- login again
