Deleting a post

Deleting posts often causes confusion, it's usually a much better option to post a correction or retraction.

Deleting posts is only available to members with Editor status.

To delete a posted entry:

1. Go to the entry you want to delete and click on the 'edit' tab.
2. There will be a delete button below the entry details.
3. Click on the delete button.
4. You will be taken to a page that explains what happens when/if you delete a post (it's a double-safe, so you don't accidentally delete).
5. Press delete if you are sure that you want to get rid of the entry.
