Spill Collective seeks 2 x performers for work at Federation Square Melbourne based live art group Spill Collective are looking for performers to be involved in their latest show at Federation Square’s Atrium, running June 7-14. Through the use of sound, lighting, suspended installation, visual media, film and performance Spill Collective’s show focuses on an affective experience upon the audience. The performance will take place over five nights in and around the Atrium. Four characters will come together to articulate the imagined landscape of the artist’s mind. We are looking for: * a female actor with a strong presence and physicality & * a male actor with a strong understanding of physical theatre (possibly with a dance background) Spill Collective is an initiative with a strong emphasis on promoting student artists since most of its members are students themselves. As such we are particularly interested in working with emerging student artists but not exclusively so. For more info email spillcollective@gmail.com. This is a voluntary position.
